Music Together in Phoenix operates with Continuous Enrollment Membership (September 2026 through May 2027) like a school year. Tuition will be charged at registration for September. October thru May (no December), tuition will be charged on 9/28, 10/26, 12/28, 2/01, 3/01, 4/05, 5/03. A $10 late fee will be added to balances outstanding for seven days. Billing is based on the average tuition of the 32 classes over eight months of music and accounts for holidays. Join anytime, tuition will prorate automatically at check-out.
- No classes: the week of Thanksgiving, 4-week winter break in Dec/Jan and a Spring break week in March. No tuition due in December!
- Unlimited make-up opportunities.
- Minimum of two full months of paid membership required / notify office by the 15th of the month to withdrawal for the following month / a prorated month does not count towards the two-month minimum.
- Take-home music & songbooks are available the first 6 weeks of the Fall, Winter & Spring Collections and the 1st 4 weeks of the Summer collection.. Families withdrawing in March will not take home Spring materials.
- Instruments bundles & notation booklets are optional and not included with tuition but can be added to your cart at check-out
- Rhythm Kids®® students may use our loaner drums in class their first semester, but need to purchase a djembe for home & class use in subsequent semesters. If you wish to purchase from us, you can add it to your cart at check-out.
- New families pay a one-time $15 registration fee (per family, non-refundable)

If you need to withdraw from classes following the full 2 calendar month minimum membership, notify our office by email, [email protected], by the 15th of the month to not be charged for the following month. A prorated month does not count towards the two-month minimum. Music learning happens over an extended period of time, therefore, we recommend not pausing memberships when possible. Music development is supported best with continuous exposure and lots of opportunities for exploration.
Make-up Classes, everything you need to know:
- Unlimited make-ups are offered as a courtesy to currently enrolled families and are available depending on class size on a first-come basis
- Schedule online in the "Enrolled Families" section: Make-Up Scheduler
- Make-up classes are valid for the current & previous song collection. You must be currently enrolled to schedule and attend make-ups.
- If a family cancels their membership, makeup classes expire at the end of the last active month of membership.
- Make-ups do not carry over to future enrollments or transfer to siblings.
If you need to switch classes:
We are happy to transfer your family into a different class depending on availability and class size.
Refunds
Classes are not eligible for refund. When registering for Fall/Winter/Spring, families are joining our Music Membership season which runs September through May. This repetition gives your child all the educational benefits by allowing exposure and opportunities for absorbtion and exploration of the music over time. We understand that sometimes schedules can be tight; and we ask families to commit to a full two month minimum membership. If you wish to withdraw after two full months, contact the office at [email protected] on or before the 15th of the month to withdraw for the following month. A prorated month does not count towards the two-month minimum. Families registering for summer are commiting to the entire summer session. Families have access to unlimited makeups classes while their membership is active. No refunds are offered for non-attendance; non-attendance does not constitute a withdrawal from class.
